This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Reflecting on today's effort, I did not even slightly manage to outline or record any of the #Quarternotes video. Tomorrow's going to be interesting as I have to travel to Birmingham, taking up about three hours of my day. I’ll need to shoot and upload the #Quarternotes video in the second half of the day, so I better get my act together.
This morning was spent on the newsletter video instead. I'm rather pleased with how it turned out, but it did eat up more time than I expected. I think this whole process showed that I need to be a bit more organised with my tasks, especially when I have multiple things to juggle.
It felt good working on the newsletter early today. The final outcome seems solid, but I'm unsure if making a video for the newsletter every two weeks is the best idea. Writing a newsletter already takes about a day, but adding audio and video versions stacks up to around two and a half days. I might give it a few more tries to see if I can get quicker at it.
The heat wasn't too much of a challenge today. Despite the morning start being cooler with the fan on my desk, I turned it off as I got a bit cold. It seems like the setup—windows open and then closed when it got hotter—worked well. Staying hydrated helped too.
Today's plan of double-checking the newsletter and linking everything went smoothly. Both the description of the YouTube video and the newsletter itself are scheduled for 7:30 this evening. This is a small success from today that feels rewarding.
As for tomorrow, the Birmingham trip is a must-do first thing, followed by shooting and editing the quarter notes video. The last few weeks, the Friday videos haven't had the energy or effort they usually deserve, mainly because of the jury duty.
So, the plan is to get back into more consistent video work soon. Now that most tasks are cleared, I'll be focusing more on these. Also, I’m thinking about experimenting with a couple of new formats. Both good and bad on the video front, but we move forward.
