This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Monday, another whirlwind of a day, in the life of Daniel!
The day kicked off at the old studio, chilling and watching YouTube videos. Just a bit of calm before the storm at [6:56]. After, I spent some time cleaning the old studio. My neighbour was scheduled to come over later, so it needed a bit of a tidy. Dashed out for some shopping [8:28], because surprise, surprise, I realised I was out of bagels!
Got back, and surprise #2 – emails and admin tasks. Nothing like some early morning admin to keep life exciting, right? [9:40].
The neighbour came over to look at the old studio at 11:00. I was a bit on edge, hoping they’d be interested in buying it. All that tidying up would hopefully pay off. While waiting, I did sift through a few more emails. Multi-tasking seemed the theme of my day.
Then, while at the estate agent’s, I got an unexpected call. Turns out, after what felt like an eternity, the paperwork for the studio sale had finally come through. For weeks, it’s been this never-ending road with no end in sight. But now, there’s a glimmer of hope. The buyer signed the contract! This is the moment I've been anxiously waiting for.
The relief was instant but also surreal. I left the estate agent's with my mind spinning. The stress of everything suddenly felt lighter, almost gone. To celebrate (and let off some steam), I decided to work on my personal website. Somehow, tweaking stuff there felt like the perfect way to channel this new-found energy. I even ended up reading a bit – a nice, relaxed afternoon overall.
Looking back, my transition between tasks was pretty rubbish today. I’d planned to dive into the handwriting project with the big monitor but never got around to it. The news about the studio sale took over my brain. Honestly, it’s like trying to keep a balloon underwater – just pops right back up. Note to self: need to work on better context switching. But hey, at least my website got some love.
The biggest lesson today? Sometimes good news sneaks up on you and derails your plans in the best way possible. My strategies for managing stress worked out unexpectedly well - having a breakthrough on something causing so much stress is fantastic. Good vibes all around!
Alright, wrapping up for now. Big breath, tomorrow’s another day. Fingers crossed this sale actually goes through without more hiccups. Had a bit of a chill evening, worked on the website some more, read a book – just what I needed. Here's hoping for positive updates from the solicitor next.
Cheers to being one step closer to that old studio being off my hands!
