This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Today was one of those days where everything felt like it was in a bit of a rush. The morning started slowly, but I got cracking with the UI clean-up for the Daybook project on Flickr. It's been fascinating to be knee-deep in the code again. It's these brief moments when I become a code-whisperer that makes the day fly by.
I had plans to get those images into the newsletter, but somehow time managed to slip by. I found myself being gently nudged to get on with it later in the afternoon. It's always those small admin tasks that seem to sneak up on you. It turned into a bit of a race against the clock, darting through pixel-perfect details for the Daybook UI and juggling around the images for the newsletter. Not surprisingly, the newsletter was a bit rushed towards the end. I swear, it's always those little bits at the last minute that keep you on your toes.
On the personal side of things, I've getting back to the old method to keep energy levels up—strictly no caffeine in sight, of course. I took breaks at regular intervals throughout the day. It's fascinating how stepping back for ten minutes can refresh your mind. It worked wonders today; I've got to keep this routine going. Endorsements of my routine, brought to you by blood pressure results—thumbs up! I'm beginning to see the payoff from those doctor visits earlier, which feels pretty great.
In moments of reflection, I'm truly thankful for a few things: heated blankets (an absolute win), comfy sofas for sneaky naps, and, of course, smooth UI coding sessions that remind you why you're into this in the first place. Whoever said coding isn’t a warm, fuzzy hug for the soul?
