This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Friday started off with a bit of a challenge, honestly. Recording the weeknotes video made me get creative because, well, I didn't have a whole collection of videos to work with this time. So, I had to cobble together something off the cuff, and I think it turned out to be pretty entertaining — at least it amused me!
Once the video was done and dusted, I moved back to tackling the Daybook project. I didn’t get around to working on the instruction booklet today, which was a bit of a miss, but I did make some notes on the code. Alex had sorted out some of the more glaring code issues, and I poked around the others to get a better feel. This might not sound like much, but it'll serve me well for next week when I get back into it.
On the health front, I was pretty good today. I visited the chemist to double-check my blood pressure, and it matched my home readings. So, my blood pressure device isn't lying to me after all, but the truth isn’t ideal since it’s steadfastly high. However, I managed to steer clear of unhealthy foods, although I ended up a bit hungry by the end of the day because of it.
One more personal note: I'm pleased that I didn't wake up with a headache this morning. That was a big relief after feeling unwell the past few days. No wooziness today, just some slight concern about my ongoing blood pressure mystery. The aspiration is to get through to Monday for the doctor’s visit to possibly get on some meds to manage this.
One of the highlights of the day was connecting with people who have 3D printers. I found it pretty gratifying to quickly adapt whatever I needed with video editing software. Plus, having quick access to blood pressure monitors was golden.
The week certainly had its ups and downs, but if I had to sum today up, I'd say I felt a little more in control and hopeful than I have earlier in the week.
