This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Today was a rough ride. I'm not sure if it's the universe deciding to have a laugh, but day four without caffeine has been the hardest. The headache clinging to my skull is unwavering, and sleep hasn't been my friend either. The aftermath of a dodgy night's rest seems to have a vendetta against my ribs, as I've somehow managed to pull a muscle. It's times like these when you’ve got to listen to what your body is telling you and just slow down, even if the world demands otherwise.
My original plan was to set "The sea howls from the west" going on in the background. I was going to let the pen plotter whir away as I did my work. But with my current state, my enthusiasm is as flat as a pancake. Maybe tomorrow, with the luxury of working from home, I can regain some lost ground. No commute means more time to focus, potentially salvaging what I missed today.
One of today's small victories was clearing some space in the studio for the new drawing machine. It's arriving tomorrow, and while I’m excited, there's a hint of apprehension about its weight and size. It reminds me of clearing out a room for someone new to arrive – excitement mixed with a touch of worry about the change it will bring.
Instead of crawling through the day's tasks, I decided to head back home for some much-needed R&R. It's frustrating when you know you have a stack of tasks waiting, like the on-hold documentation for my digital daybook. But, just as I remind others, you sometimes have to hit pause and take time to care for yourself. So today was mainly about switching the ‘go-go-go’ mindset off and genuinely resting. I've decided to focus on doing whatever it takes to restore a semblance of balance, holding onto the hope that tomorrow will be a brighter, more caffeinated-withdrawal-free day.
