This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).

At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.

The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL

Well, today was a mix of tasks and taking it easy. I started off waiting for the stationery shop to open so I could get some more paper for journaling. Always need to keep that supply going.

Took my youngest to the dentist - not for me, thankfully. It's free for them on the NHS, which is fantastic. The place is much nicer than the grim dentist visits I remember as a kid.

Afterwards, I did a bit of room clearing. Finally dismantled the bed in the spare room. That high bunk bed-desk combo had been taking up space and making the room feel cramped. It's satisfying to see that room opening up, even if it’s not quite perfect yet. A bit more work, and it’ll be much more usable.

Then, I had a one-on-one Zoom call. Those seem to fry my brain a bit a the moment, but this one was fun.

The day was generally about taking it easy. I didn't manage to do everything on my list, but that's okay. Sometimes a more relaxed approach is necessary—especially when you realise you actually need a break.

Even had a quick trip to the stationery shop for more journal pages. Bought a new pad, which should last until the end of September. Decided against plotting the pages at home; it's better to keep work from creeping into the house.

Breaking down that bed was probably the highlight. It’s been on the to-do list for ages, and now that space is finally more open. There's still stuff to clear out, but it's nice to see some progress.

Feeling grateful today for useful tools, for free dental care for the kids, and for the chance to reorganise rooms to make the house more liveable. It’s nice having a separate studio space where I don't worry about domestic arrangements.

Overall, a mellow yet productive day. Trying to take things day by day, without worrying too much.

SUGGESTIONS

Sure, here's what I suggest for today:

Main Suggestion for the Day

Take it easy and prioritize rest! Given that you're feeling tired and have decided to adopt a laid-back approach for your week off, it's essential to focus on rest and allow yourself to recharge.

Quick Action Points

  • Prepare for the Dentist and Zoom Call: Ensure everything you need is ready for both the dentist visit and the Zoom call with minimal brain-melting efforts.
  • Dismantle the Spare Bedroom Setup: Take the tools back and start clearing out the spare bedroom so Kitty's drawing machine can have a temporary home for the week.
  • Get to Bed on Time: Stick to the plan to get to bed on time to recharge, especially after yesterday’s late-night pickup.

Affirmation

You deserve this week of rest. Give yourself permission to relax and recharge. Everything can wait.

Other Thoughts

While taking it easy today, it might be good to integrate small, mindful activities like reading or light gardening, as you mentioned it helps in maintaining a chill atmosphere. And yes, do remember to grab that stationery for your journaling needs—don't let running out of pages be a hassle!
