This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Today was all about doing a whole lot of nothing, and wow, did I excel at it. I started with the plan of maybe getting my hands dirty with some gardening, but quickly decided just looking at the overgrown bits was sufficient. The secateurs stayed in their drawer, and my garden stayed wild and free. Maybe next time, garden.
Cooking sausages for breakfast turned out to be a fun little venture. It felt holiday-worthy without the hassle of actual travel. The rest of the day carried on at this blissfully lazy pace. Xbox was fired up, and I found myself immersed in shooting zombies. Playing on easy mode, it was more therapeutic than thrilling – a bit like cleaning up, but with zombies.
The most mindful moment hit when I was sprawled on the sofa with a copy of 2000 AD. Napping crept in now and then, sitting there reminded me of how grandparents would take those mid-day naps. Younger me would've judged, but current me gets it. Naps are life's underrated treasures.
I questioned my usual philosophy on making the most of my time. Is napping wasteful? Maybe. Or perhaps it's the recharge I'm always preaching about but never quite practicing. Playing on the Xbox came in a close second for relaxation. Winning against zombies gave me an easy dopamine hit.
Kitty's code got a little tweak around 16:51, which felt productive amidst a sea of downtime. Adjustments here and there made the pattern-making a bit more efficient. It wasn't creativity on a grand scale, but it was satisfying in its own way.
In the grand scheme, today was all about balance – allowing myself to do nothing without guilt. Simple joys like breakfast sausages, comic books, and harmless zombie slaughtering aren’t groundbreaking, but they make life pleasantly unremarkable. And sometimes, that’s exactly what one needs.
Here's to more days of comfortable nothingness. They’re the unsung heroes of life.
