This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).

At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.

The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL

What a day today was. Absolutely packed with its fair share of ups and downs, which doesn't make for easy journaling, but here it goes. Started off thinking about not recording the weeknotes video due to all the stress. You know, one of those "Hey, I'm not doing weeknotes this week because there's just too much going on" moments.

Spent some time watching YouTube this morning, trying to get a sense of direction for the week. Eventually, got off a call with the bank around 9 AM, and let's just say it was less than stellar. With the bank being no help, my last hope was pinned on getting some news from the estate agents.

Had a tough time focusing after that, just passing the time, really. Posted some images to social media, trying to stay productive in some small way. By midday, I visited the estate agent. Things are moving forward, albeit slowly. Took a much-needed break after that.

Caught up on emails in the early afternoon, which was riveting, as you can imagine. But just as I was getting into the swing of things, I felt more stress creeping in. Ended up heading to the old studio for a change of scenery. Sat there watching YouTube videos and read a bit, but then the dreaded headache started sneaking in behind my eye.

Not the best feeling, so I went home, thinking it was just stress and maybe an oncoming cluster headache. Surprise, surprise, anxiety decided to join the party. Got pins and needles in both arms, which was definitely unsettling. So, popped over to the hospital for a quick check. Thankfully, everything was fine, just a mix of stress and tension.

Back home and straight to bed after that. Clearly, I've got to figure out a better way to handle stress. Balancing productivity and personal care today was like trying to juggle while riding a unicycle. Planning out the week initially felt like a good idea, but with all this happening, I think it's back to the drawing board.

Anyway, that’s today in a nutshell. Let's hope things settle down a bit more tomorrow.

SUGGESTIONS

Sure, here's a suggestion for today along with actionable points, an affirmation, and some additional thoughts:

Main Suggestion for Today

Given the need to balance productivity and personal care amidst the stress surrounding the studio sale, set up a dedicated reading station in the studio today. This space will serve as a haven for focused reading and note-taking, helping to manage mental wellness while still allowing for productive breaks.

Quick Action Points

  • Set Up Reading Station:
  • Choose a specific location in the studio for the reading station, preferably the table next to your main workspace.
  • Arrange it with your current non-fiction books, a notepad, and some stationery for annotations.
  • Plan Short Reading Sessions:
  • Schedule one-hour reading sessions during your less busy periods today. Ideally, this should be a quieter time when you can focus without interruptions.
  • Play some background music to create a calming atmosphere.
  • Mix Reading with Other Tasks:
  • Use the 50-min work, 10-min break rule to balance between your reading sessions, postcard plotting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Begin with finishing up outstanding postcards and then move to the online shop, as previously mentioned in your plans.

Affirmation

You have the ability to balance work and self-care effectively, finding peace and productivity even amidst uncertainty.

Other Thoughts

  • Considering your long-term goal of going to the gym first thing in the morning, perhaps integrate a short walk or light exercise into your day today. It can serve as a bridge towards more consistent physical activity.
  • Given the stress linked with the studio sale, remember that short, focused breaks between tasks can help maintain your energy and mood. This focus method has proven beneficial for you in the past (like the body weight squats during breaks).
  • It's good to acknowledge that setting personal priorities, such as the proposed reading station, can have a positive impact on both your productivity and mental health.

This approach aims to create a productivity-enhancing environment while also addressing your well-being needs effectively.
