This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Sunday started with a focus on caffeine withdrawal. I am on day two of being caffeine-free, and it hit me with a minor headache. I hope it's just my body adjusting rather than anything serious. I am keeping hydrated and trying not to overextend myself, making sure that I am being attentive to my body today.
The downstairs craft room, our main area for today's project, is a work in progress. My aim is to organise it better by the end of the day. The idea is to assemble the tables and decide on their placement to understand the space better. Relocating things around so they have a more permanent home is challenging but necessary. Our upstairs rooms are already organised, which is motivating.
The weekend saw us getting some groceries in, droppings off baking supplies to my eldest, and tearing down some unused shelves for a trip to the tip. This morning followed a similar pattern - heading to the supermarket for water and continuing with tidying tasks was top of the agenda. I spent the later part of the day relaxing with a book, hoping that will help me unwind.
By the close of the day, I feel a bit rough due to caffeine withdrawal, but there's some satisfaction looking at the downstairs craft room's progress. While it's still messy, the tables are up, and the layout is clearer. We didn't quite get everything done today, so it looks like this will continue next weekend.
Giving up caffeine hasn't been easy, especially having mistakenly consumed some via SodaStream products. Realising that they're helping keep caffeine in my system without me knowing was a surprising setback. Two days in, the physical effects are undeniable, but I'm keeping my eyes on the prize, looking forward to the fallout when it completely exits my body.
Wrapping up the day with a book on Kindle has been calming. Cooking dinner provided a comforting routine, and even through the discomfort, I'm hopeful about entering new caffeine-free pastures. Tomorrow is a new day, whose success, I hope, will be defined by these little triumphs.
