This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Sunday proved to be a much-needed day of rest after quite the busy spell. It's been a while since I actually had nothing planned, so I really leaned into the opportunity to do, well, nothing. Whatever that feels like. Of course, there were the usual cooking duties to keep the household fed, but the rest of the day was entirely open, which made for a nice change.
I toyed with the idea of tackling some coding projects. One concept that’s been bouncing around is "Mystic Kitty," a playful exercise in plotting the "Wheel of the Year" through code. It feels like a curious way to explore the cycle of the seasons and daily life. Though I can’t say I did much on it today, the concept itself holds promise and might unfold interestingly over time.
Beyond that, it was a day for relaxing. I steered clear of screens for most of the day in favour of simply unwinding and letting the day pass without much incident. There’s a lot to be said for choosing not to do anything, and that in itself can bring joy and relaxation if you allow it. I reminded myself to stay hydrated and eat well to stave off any headaches, maintaining a steady rhythm throughout the day.
Right at the end, I found a touch of time to glance at “The Sea Howls From The West.” It’s always nice to indulge in projects just for the pleasure of it. Even if today’s progress was minor, it still felt like a small creative victory. And sometimes, those moments make it worth it.
Today felt like the first true day off in what feels like ages. A snug blanket of rest that made the idea of starting a new week seem a little less daunting. When I finally had a quick reflection right at the end, I realised that getting a bare-bones "Mystic Kitty" up and running really did make me smile. All in all, I finished having a satisfying day of doing, well, not much at all—exactly what I needed.
