This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Today was not what you'd call a creative day. It was all about managing the accounts and dealing with the frustration of accessing the company account. It seems every time I avoid logging in for a while, the system gets extra jumpy when I do try, like it's actively sabotaging my attempts to get anything meaningful done. The day was mostly eaten up by e-mails, phone calls, and digging out the laser printer's power cable. But thankfully, those accounts are finally ready to go.
With that administrative chaos out of the way, the next part of the day involved an unlikely mission—padlocking the outside bin. There's a bit of irrationality involved, but it's practical, and I figure a bit of preventative effort here should stop the local bar from filling our bin with their rubbish.
Afterwards, a brief shift toward something a bit more hands-on saw me back to work with the envelopes. By the end of the day, managing to get more plotted was my most rewarding accomplishment, turning the frustrating start of the day into something a bit more productive. The relaxing repetition of plotting envelopes is my type of productivity meditation—no pondering, just doing.
On the whole, the day was the polar opposite of what my creative spirit yearns for. But perhaps by doing the necessary mundane bits today, I'd carve out a decent window for some art exploration later in the week. I'm looking forward to working on the Christmas cards and thinking about the newsletter; it'll be great to swap out the admin helmet for the stationary hat again.
Being bogged down by the day's tasks was a reminder that sometimes it's okay to shelf the creative pursuits temporarily when life's admin can't wait any longer. Tomorrow promises a different vibe when I can spend time making more Christmas envelopes. Maybe an early start would set the tone for a more fulfilling day. It's good to remember the envelopes do provide that little element of calm against the backdrop of life's organised mess.
So here's to a smoother day tomorrow, and hoping the bike lock brings a little peace of mind.
