This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).

At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.

The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL

Monday, the joys of getting back into the swing of things. Today started with me gearing up for the day with a focus on my handwriting blog post. I managed to make some progress, but not as much as I’d hoped. Writers’ block with a side of Monday blues, perhaps?

Avoiding a headache was my ambition for the day, and I’m glad to report success in that department. I think I deserve a pat on the back for that one. Managed some admin early on and did a quick Obsidian review to try and tie up loose ends; my projects are starting to resemble an unkempt ball of yarn. I did discover where some of these tangents were hiding, but figuring out which threads to pull remains a mystery!

My design work was a bit like wading through treacle today. The ideas just weren’t flowing like they should, but gave it a good shot. On the upside, I realised my darned trusty laptop’s still working fine, and with no rain in sight, it seemed like a good day for progress of some form. Oh, and thinking back, the meal at the end of the day was quite the comfort after a day of slogging it out.

The theme of tying up loose ends didn’t go off without a hitch, but nonetheless, I’ve acknowledged the tangents. Progress by recognition, or so they say. I guess, moving forward, balancing the personal with the professional is still a work in progress, but what’s a Monday without mild chaos?

All in all, I think I had a productive enough day. Points for attempting to focus, avoiding migraines, and for a rather marvellous dinner to finish it off. And there we have another Monday ticked off the calendar! Until tomorrow when the dance begins anew.

SUGGESTIONS

Main Suggestion for the Day:

Dedicate focused time today to explore and finalize the design development using the tools you've created over the past weeks. This will not only help clarify the project's current status but also guide your recalibration of targets and goals.

Quick Action Points:

  • Review & Utilize Tools: Spend the morning revisiting all the tools and processes you've created recently. Focus on identifying which tools can best assist in defining your current design objectives.
  • Draft Generative Handwriting Blog Post: Aim to reach the end of the first draft of your blog post. Incorporate screenshots and graphical demonstrations to illustrate the points effectively.
  • Schedule Short Collaborative Meeting: Arrange a brief meeting with any collaborators to go over your current progress, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project's direction.

Affirmation:

"I am focused, clear-minded, and ready to tie up loose ends to propel my projects forward successfully."

Other Thoughts:

The recurrent mention of headaches is a concern that could affect productivity. Consider tracking potential headache triggers such as nutrition, screen time, or stress levels to mitigate their impact. Additionally, keep the practice of design flexibility in mind, allowing yourself the freedom to pivot if you uncover new, innovative routes in your developmental process.
