This is a collection of things that Kitty (the AI PA) created for the day. Starting with questions in the morning and then creating a todo list for me (Daniel) to follow. Suggestions for the day are also created (although I've put them at the end to make the layout better).
At the end of the day Kitty will ask some "END OF DAY QUESTIONS", which aren't included here, and then creates a journal entry, as if was written by me, which then gets written using Kitty's drawing machine into my paper journal.
The content below is generated by AI, not all days contain all the things.

JOURNAL
Today was surprising in many ways, and not always in a good sense. The highlight was definitely finishing the Weeknotes video. It's been a new kind of challenge, and turning it into a personal story gave it a unique vibe. I can't say it went without hitches, though. I'm relatively happy with the end result, but I do think someone more skilled in storytelling and video creation could have done a better job. Still, for an additional task outside my normal workload, it turned out okay.
Mindfulness, or at least attempting to practice it, was part of today's objectives. I admit today wasn't the best at sticking to intentional pauses. Instead, the breaks happened more out of necessity than planning. Despite not being on top of my game, the balance between work and these unintentional pauses helped a bit. There's room for improvement, but I'll take the day's small victories.
One positive note is that getting the Weeknotes video done felt like a real accomplishment. I'd set that as my primary goal, and although I didn't achieve everything on my never-ending list, I did manage to keep a relaxed approach, which made the day pass smoothly enough. If I'd set more tasks, I might have achieved more, but honestly, having just one main goal let me give it my undivided attention.
Three things I'm grateful for today: invoicing for some work done this month, dealing with an organisation that's both lovely and prompt at payments, which is always a win. Next, Nixie taking over dinner, which meant I didn't have to cook. The mix of oven and steamed foods worked surprisingly well. And lastly, I'm grateful for avoiding the stormy rain when heading to the studio. It's the little things that make a difference.
Today had its ups and downs, but all in all, I managed to stay calm and get some good work done. Tomorrow is another day, and hopefully, it'll be a bit less stressful.
