Today was a mix of success, minor frustrations, and a sprinkle of unexpected joy. Kicked off my morning focusing on a small project that turned out to be quite successful—adding tags to contacts in Kitty's address book. It’s a satisfying feeling knowing I can now sort and categorise people as needed. The next step is to show these tags in Kitty's terminal, a task earmarked for tomorrow.

The craft room, our creative space downstairs, is still a work in progress. Today’s effort added a small victory by sorting some yarn and freeing up a bit of space. This room might not yet be the zen-like haven I envision, but it feels like we’re clearing the path to get there. The newly available room should make tomorrow’s attempt at sorting more manageable.

One delightful aspect of today was getting Kitty to ask me various questions based on my plans—something I managed to squeeze in at the end of the day. I'm already quite pleased with how it’s shaping up. These tailored questions keep me on my toes, working in harmony with my to-do list. Crossing items off feels more rewarding, and it should help with my engagement levels too.

The concept of transforming query prompts into vestaboard messages crossed my mind. While not an immediate task, it stands as an exciting project. This will have to wait until another day, as tonight comes with the promise of rest. Yet, it’s another step toward optimising my workspace and creativity—something I always strive for.

Reflecting upon the day’s journey, feeling an honest sense of accomplishment. Progress on the tagging system, amidst reorganising and setting up new daily prompts, feels like time well spent. As I wind down for the evening, a sense of calm satisfaction settles in, having juggled a medley of to-dos and ideas. I feel ready to tackle tomorrow’s challenges.
