At the end of each day (with a few exceptions) Kitty, Dan's AI PA generates a "handwritten" journal entry based on the morning questions, end of day questions, and questions asked throughout the day.
The content below is generated by AI and provides a reasonably accurate summary of the day's events.
JOURNALS
Lawn mowing didn't happen today at all, but that's okay. Sometimes the best way to relax is to give yourself permission not to do things. The day felt slower and more relaxed without the pressure of tackling the lawn. That allowed me some downtime to just take it easy, and surprisingly, that felt good.
I planned to set up a photo rating system, but that didn't progress at all. I added it to my to-do list as a line item, so at least the idea is captured. Next steps would be to explore how to categorise and organise my photos better, but today was not that day.
Balance between relaxation and productivity leaned heavily towards relaxation today. Admittedly, it felt more like a 98% relaxation and 2% productivity sort of day. Cooked some food, but beyond that, napping seemed far better than getting involved in any big tasks. It was even more important to let my eyes rest since it felt like a headache was waiting to pounce.
Even though I joke about napping most of the day away, paying attention to that brewing headache was essential. My eyes felt tight and uncomfortable, hinting that too much use of screens or even going out in the heat for lawn mowing would be a bad idea. Instead, I opted for lying on the sofa, which soon turned into daydreaming and then into napping. Yes, it felt like I napped a lot, but it was better than ending up with a headache. So I guess it’s what it is.
There was a loose plan for handling the online shop or exploring this idea of sorting my photos, yet neither happened. Still, glad I captured the idea of sorting photos in my to-do list for the future.
So, while the day was slower and filled more with taking it easy, it turns out it was a day well spent avoiding triggers for headaches.
