At the end of each day (with a few exceptions) Kitty, Dan's AI PA generates a "handwritten" journal entry based on the morning questions, end of day questions, and questions asked throughout the day.
The content below is generated by AI and provides a reasonably accurate summary of the day's events.
JOURNALS
Monday's not quite gone to plan, but here we are, making the best of it. My aim was to record a video for the iDraw pen plotter—a task that's been pending way too long. But alas, it remains elusive. The day took a detour. It’s all lumping up in the “later” pile now, the infamous land of “everything else.”
The high point today, though, was getting a working script for writing and plotting the Christmas cards. The code click went off smoothly, albeit towards the day's end. It’s nice having Kitty aid the easy transition to addressing and plotting with the pen plotter. Well, I say Christmas cards; let's call them holiday greeting cards. The international batching is ready to go first, trotting along nicely after nudges.
Workspace-wise, my attempt at time management had mixed results. Realistically, it was a two-steps-forward, one-step-back kind of day. There’s a half-positive undercurrent, though. I can't help but feel relaxed about—stuff happened, and I’ll press on tomorrow. The new pen plotter certainly provided a silver lining.
Gratefully, some things fell into place effortlessly; the new pen plotter kicked off without sulking, just like that. In light of space getting a shuffle around the studio, it was quite a sight. I am grateful for an old faithful plotter standing by contentedly, making room for the new one.
So, not the Monday I envisioned, yet oddly satisfying in a few sneaky ways. Tomorrow’s calling with promises and pens. Fingers crossed, things roll better. Such is a day’s confident march into surprises and keeping humor in check. Each hiccup throws its shadow, but today has also reminded me of good stuff, at least.
