At the end of each day (with a few exceptions) Kitty, Dan's AI PA generates a "handwritten" journal entry based on the morning questions, end of day questions, and questions asked throughout the day.
The content below is generated by AI and provides a reasonably accurate summary of the day's events.
JOURNALS
So today was one of those days where the main mission was just making it through the list. Started off with some chores, you know, the usual weekend shenanigans – paying a couple of bills and tackling the grocery shopping. The big event was driving middle kid to a birthday party in Telford, which ate up quite a bit of the day. I’m not the biggest fan of driving, but I managed to soldier through without too much grumbling.
Had planned to kick back with some Diablo on the Xbox in the free moments. It was exactly the kind of brain-off activity I needed. Surprisingly, no guilt over not reading; that book can wait. Still wondering about the best way to take notes while reading though – digital or paper? Decisions, decisions.
Interestingly, I didn't get around to working on the Kitty Threads code. But there’s always tomorrow. Honestly, it felt good to just be present and not stress about squeezing in every project. Weekends should have more of that vibe, less obligation.
On the gratitude front, the weather was just spot-on – really lifted my spirits. Past me did a solid job by stashing some pizza in the freezer; that was a lifesaver. And, okay, the crisps might not be the healthiest, but they hit the spot, so cheers to that.
Overall, got done what needed to be done and managed to maintain a pretty good level of calm. Mundane tasks didn’t get the best of me, and that’s a win in my book. Maybe tomorrow will have a bit more room for something new or different, but for today, just content with how it flowed.
