Sunday's log, and what a day it was! Rolled out of bed with a plan—nothing too strenuous, mind you, just enough to clear the cobwebs and get those creative juices simmering. First up, journaling. There's something cathartic about spilling your thoughts onto paper first thing in the morning. I jotted down my thoughts from the past couple of days. Scribbles and scribbles, half thoughts, fleeting ideas—until a glance at the clock told me it was time to hustle the youngest. "Outdoor gear, please!" was the cry as I geared up for our much-anticipated walk.

Ah, the walk. Imagine the thinnest veil of fog, just enough to make the world seem a bit whimsical. It's been an age since we wandered like this on a weekend. It wasn't a quest for inspiration, but the relaxation it brought felt like a soft reset button had been pressed. Pondering whether this is the start of a routine. I should hope so.

Flash forward to the afternoon, and there I was, trying my hand at Hitman, a tiny part of me wonders if squinting at the laptop is the culprit behind those pesky headaches. Threw in the towel and decided on a less straining activity.

Sprawled on the sofa, I couldn't resist a doodle or two in my journal. You know I'm no da Vinci with a pen, but there’s untold joy in the scribbles, especially when armed with my favourite stationery. Must look into getting more immersive with this hobby.

Evening crept up with a sneaky quickness, and there I was, nodding off at an embarrassingly early hour. Maybe it was the walking, the gaming, or the sketching marathon, but by 8 PM, my eyelids were losing the battle.

I'll call it the calm before the storm, with the new week peeking around the corner. Till then, it's me signing off—a bit more relaxed, creatively recharged, and ready to plot (both on paper and in-game!).
